How do I order?
Simply choose your preferred size, upload your photo, select your colour option, and complete your order.
What photos work best?
High-quality, well-lit photos produce the best results. If your image isn’t suitable, we’ll contact you before we begin.
Is every painting hand-painted?
Yes. Every portrait is individually hand-painted using acrylic paint on canvas.
Can I request changes?
Minor adjustments can be discussed before painting begins. Once the artwork is completed, changes may not be possible.
How long does it take?
Each painting is created to order. Production and delivery times are shown at checkout.
Do you accept returns?
As every artwork is custom-made and personalised, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or there has been an error on our part.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
