At A BRIDIE ART, every piece of artwork is individually hand-painted to order from your supplied photograph. Because every order is personalised, we cannot resell or reuse completed artwork.
Personalised Orders
All artwork sold by A BRIDIE ART is made specifically for you.
For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds if you:
- Change your mind.
- Decide you no longer want the artwork.
- Ordered the wrong size or option.
- No longer require the item after production has begun.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order before work has started.
Once your artwork has entered production or painting has begun, your order cannot be cancelled because it is being created specifically for you.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the artwork.
- Photographs of the packaging.
Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Customer Photographs
Customers are responsible for providing clear, high-quality reference photographs.
If we believe the image supplied is unsuitable for producing a quality painting, we will contact you before production begins.
Refunds
Where a refund has been approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow several working days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
