Processing Time

Every piece of artwork is individually hand-painted to order. Production times vary depending on the size and complexity of your order.

Current estimated production times are displayed before checkout.

Shipping

Once your artwork has been completed, it will be securely packaged and dispatched using a tracked delivery service.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier.

Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as courier disruptions or customs processing for international orders.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@abridieart.com, including photographs of both the packaging and the artwork.
