Returns & Refund Policy

At A BRIDIE ART, every piece is individually hand-painted to order from your supplied photograph. Because each artwork is personalised, we cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because you change your mind.

Personalised Artwork

As each order is custom-made specifically for you, personalised artwork is non-returnable and non-refundable once work has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@abridieart.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the artwork and packaging

We’ll assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before work has begun. Once painting has started, cancellations are no longer possible because your artwork is being created specifically for you.
